These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of Complyiant (“we”, “our”, or “us”). By creating an account or using the service, you agree to these Terms.
1. Use of the Service
Complyiant provides tools for tracking tasks, schedules, deadlines, and related business activities. You may use the service only in accordance with these Terms and applicable laws.

- You are responsible for all activity under your account
- You may not use the service for unlawful or abusive purposes
2. Accounts and Access
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for managing access to your account.
- You are responsible for all users you invite to your account
- You must notify us of any unauthorized use
- You may remove users from your account at any time
3. No Legal, Tax, or Compliance Advice
Complyiant provides organizational and tracking tools only. The service does not provide legal, tax, regulatory, or compliance advice.
You are solely responsible for determining your compliance obligations and for meeting any legal or regulatory requirements applicable to your business.
4. Availability and Changes
We aim to provide a reliable service, but availability is not guaranteed. The service may be updated, modified, or temporarily unavailable from time to time.

- Maintenance may result in temporary interruptions
5. Payments and Billing
Paid plans are billed on a recurring basis according to the pricing presented during signup.
- All prices are listed in Canadian dollars unless stated otherwise
- You may cancel your subscription at any time
- Refunds are not provided for partial billing periods
6. Data and Privacy
Your use of the service is also governed by our Privacy Policy. By using Complyiant, you consent to the collection and use of information as described in that policy.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Complyiant shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.
Our total liability for any claim related to the service shall not exceed the amount you paid to Complyiant in the twelve months preceding the claim.
8. Termination
You may stop using the service and cancel your account at any time. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access for violations of these Terms.
9. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. When changes are made, the “Last updated” date will be revised. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
10. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Canada, without regard to conflict of law principles.
